Is 'non shiny' official terminology for the paint finish? :)

Most of my bikes look decidedly non-shiny most of the time anyway...

Well, another two hours of sitting on, looking at, listening to has been done. I really wanted to like the military green. I mean, I really really wanted to, but in the end, a Forest Green B5 Bullet just looked better to me, so the order has been signed. That was the good news, the bad news is the importers have sold out, the only ones left are in the showrooms, so it's end of August or start of September until more arrive from India. I actually already have the leather panniers, they're in the garage courtesy of our hosts, I just need something to hang them onto (they really don't suit my Honda CBF125 which is staying as a regular commuter bike).

Now, what delights are there in the catalogue that I can add to 'Lola'? In the names thread there is another Lola, a Continental GT, I didn't steal the name honest, it was arrived at independently!

Shorter(than standard) silencer and some Halcyon type bar end mirrors to complete the 1950s look/sound, she dosen't need anything else...the Forest green B5 is already a great looking bike. Fun,vibrations, and a big smile on your face GARRANTEED.............you wont regret it Deano.

The short silencer to fit EFI bullets is part no 91080....really nice sound ,the old man has one fitted on Blackie(no baffle fitted)......if you look on Scaly's "nice picture thread" you can see what it looks like on the B5 . there is a picture I posted with the old mans B5(Blackie ) and my Electra Chugchug

Thanks for that AA, really useful information. The pipes are out of stock at the moment but the silencer's are in. I'll find out how much the factory fitted one frightens the neighbours first before thinking of upgrading. And nice post Scaly, how does the clock attach to the bolt? It looks great.

There is a small alan screw on one side at the bottom, just place over big nut and screw up. The clock will turn 360 degree so easy to line up.
