Simon, thanxs for the feedback. As with the previous early Twin
we discussed, this motor I have also fully assembled with the Chain
case ane clutch installed, and had set it up on a wheeled dolly
arrangment to start it up it up outsjde in case it becomes a fire
ball. BSA B44 motor I mentioned can be installed only one side of
the frame, and then tilted up 45 degrees, hence my apprenhension.
Floor jack idea is superb, but frame is without it's wheels so will
just manhandle the motor over. My nearby neighbour over here, a ex
pat Kiwi with a vast vintage collection, gave me the encouragement to
start all over again with a mix-match later '55 motor, having to
modify the early chain case, and generator cradle among other things
