Hi everyone been out of garage for a while due to illness,so i thought i would try snd start the cusader no joy, the carb seems the problem i just want to know undoing the cover to the pilot jet there seems to be a costant flow of petol would this be right.

Poor fellow rider living in the garage until ill, how do you know it`s the carb ? Also how old is the fuel in the carb?

thanks for the reply, iv,e checked the ign timing that seems to be ok.thats really why i think it must be the cerb ?????????? also it has a nice spark.

What is your starting technique? Are you tickling the carb and closing the choke slide?

I`m lost here, why check ignition timing when you have a good spark (dry pug???) Have you tried EASY START spray direct into the carb?

Like poor Nelli I was out of action for a while due to a health thing and when I finally got to trying to start the normally easy starting Bullet the bloody thing sulked. I had to relearn my starting drill!. All is well know, did the MadMike Gathering & this past weekend (somewhat shame facedly 'cos i do not do trailers) trailered the Bullet to a BSAOC weekend in Norfolk
