Some friends of mine were stuck for cash so I bought it off them to help them out, it does need a lot of work, but really nice to visit.

Floods a bit in the winter though!

When dry...

Hint of moisture in the air...

Where's it all gone???

Floody hell!

Tons of bush cutting, bramble kicking, grass strimming, heck... I never worked so hard! Need a second hand rotary petrol mower to keep the paths down now, Yikes!

Looks really nice does that make you part of the landed gentry, you will need a wood burner of some sort for all those logs stacked up

Landed Gentry?

Lord Scaleyback... Hmmm!

Was thinking of giving the place one of those posh names, but all I could come up with due to the flooding is "The Drenches".

Bring Ammo down if you like. I'll pop another parking spot (Concrete lump for centre stand) in. I know just where to get another...

Yay, Put in another bike park spot and got an end to end (almost) vid!

will have three hard bike stands with countless usual soft parking. Would be neat for camping but no electricity or water except stream!

Nice lawn, some rubbish weather on its way you may need a boat or fit Tornado with water wings, when the weather clears Ammo will have to try out one of your parking blocks just hope he doesn't fall in the river
