Interesting, thanks for that Shane, first actual picture rather than Indian hearsay. However, appearance is really important in the Retro bike market and that is just plain horrible. A bit Honda, bit Benelli, all ugly. I hope the other side looks better! Those cases are well finished which suggests this is a late stage prototype not an early feasibility exercise. The blanked off ports near the spark plug and exhaust port suggest that it's designed for fuel injection but set up for testing with conventional carbs. A friend of mine who attended the Ace Cafe launch of the new GT overheard a couple of the factory mechanics looking at a Series 2 Interceptor commenting "that looks like ours!" before they realised they were being overheard and shut up. Sadly theirs doesn't look a bit like an S2!

Is that a Honda clone or what? If "retro" styling has moved on from 1950's Brit bikes to modern Jappers then I've really become an old git!

When I first saw it my first thought were, someone has photoshopped Royal Enfield onto an old Honda. Then thought April fool. Either way if thats how it's going to look I won't be buying one

Mark that is a bit harsh on the two Indians, they are absolutely right it is very like an S2, it has 2 cylinders
