Was at the park in Stourbridge on Sunday with my son and i was astonished and delighted to see what appeared to be 100's of bikes with a police escort out for a 'run'. Suitably inspired i took my son home for lunch and persuaded the wife i had a free "hour or so to see if i could check the bike over". To my amazement she started 7th kick (trying not to use the Electric starter)and off we went for a quick 45 min blast. Monday afternoon and i thought i'd go again and this time she started on the 1st kick. Brilliant. Lovely ride out to Bridgenorth. I look forward (and with some optimism) to a great 2015 of riding. Hope you all enjoy the same.

Funnily enough. Something similar crossed my mind. Especially as it's due a service and i intend to do it myself again. What's the betting that after i give it this 'T.L.C' it won't start?

Being off work last Thursday I decided it could not be better spent than a spin around the block, got home some 4 hours later with cold finger tips but a big smile on my face, must if done 70 or 80 miles, mainly slow country lanes, loved it. The Other up side, spent another couple hours in the garage cleaning the salt and mud off of it and re-applying the ACF50.. Called fettling I beleive...
