Just remember that the standard clutch is 3 plate and without cush drive. Replacing with an Indian 3 plate cush drive type (as the Factory did later,) will be an improvement but going to a 4 plate type is probably unnecessary with the tyre shredding 17 horse power available to you! There is also the possibility that the slightly taller 4 plate type won't fit in the primary cases but I think that's unlikely. (I have a 4 plate in my Trials with these cases but a Trials needs a bigger clutch to withstand the abuse of heavy clutch slipping in sections.) REgards, Mark

Thanks for the input. I'll go for the stock plates and maybe the cush drive if it's available when I purchase my massive order (extra gentleness on the gearbox can never hurt)

I've a new question. Between my magdyno and the rear of the engine is another dirt patch the size of a small british island. Do I remove the magdyno by loosening the strap and sliding it out? Is there something I should mind when removing a magdyno?
