These are becoming really popular now as you only need a car licence to ride them!

The "Ticket Immune" scooter. Park it where you like, it can't get a parking fine!

Not so much "crap yourself" but "wet yourself laughing"

Those twin front wheel Vespas are amazingly common. I noticed that when I escaped the Rugby World Cup in 2011 and went to Paris. I believe that the handling is remarkable but you just know that they are going to be a maintenance issue in time to come. As for registering electric bikes they have instituted a rule over here that anything over 300w has to be registered but under is just a bicycle with benefits. My old cyclemotored machines are supposedly 500w but because they are rocking horse excrement I think I'll be able to flannel my way out of a ticket.

Actually that looks brilliant. So much better than a standard quad. Here in NZ we have multiple deaths every year from quad bikes rolling. This setup sorts the usual issues out. I expect we will see more of these particularly in off road fettle.

Did you see President Hollande used a two wheels in front scoot to visit his mistress. They should make a special commemorative "presidentiale" model.
