I've seen these terms used a lot, but there's nothing obvious in the sales brochures which links them to particular models. Could someone briefly explain which model each refers to?

B5 is the Bullet 500. That's the old Bullet rolling chassis with the unit engine. C5 is the Classic 500. That's the redesigned Bullet rolling chassis with the unit engine. GT is the new Continental GT (Nice bike). Don't know about the others.

Thanks for that, Barry_Q. Incidentally, you refer to the "old Bullet rolling chassis" but at first glance the brakes, wheels and suspension units look the same as on the Classic and the Electra. It's hard to tell from the marketing photos - are there any other differences apart from the panels, seat and mudguards?

E5 is the Electra version... different side panels, two seater (i.e. pillion), different wheel size, different standard gearbox sprocket, different length etc... Electra EFI is the 'users' name :)

Frame is completely different in the rear section, the unit motor is shorter because they removed the oil tank, swing arm is 100mm longer to compensate for this chain is on the right hand side along with the brake to get rid of the brake crossover shaft problems on the earlier left shift models

Ah, thanks, @Michael. Tell me about the gearbox sprocket: bigger or smaller? Aimed at compensating for the different wheel size, or giving the E5 and the B5 different driving characteristics?

E5 has 17 tooth as standard I think, and the C5 has 18 tooth (or it might be 18 tooth and 19 tooth???). Having the standard (less teeth) sprocket makes 1st a 'get going' gear only, but moving up a tooth makes it much more 'get halfway through a junction' gear... if you get my meaning!! Actually much more usable round town as a result for a relatively simply change.
