Unfortunately also on a wednesday but in the evening after 18.00hrs should you find yourself in the english riviera area.

Paignton seafront host a bike night first meet this summer being June 4th.

Should be a few hundred bikes and other modes of transport turn up..

Nice place to be on a sunny evening and plenty of eateries in the area... br>
Steam trains Paignton to Kingswear just a few hundred yards away..

Hi guys------------I'M BACK !!!!............A.L. EDDIE, we arrived at 14.00 on the Wednesday having overshot the turning and ending up at Barnstable...We then asked a Sainsbury's delivery van to enter the Postcode in his SatNav !! ( Plus 5 miles worth of dust and chippings from those road works mid-way along the A361 between Tiverton and Barnstaple )............Can you give me a private contact No. for a chat ??

Hey Alan. How did you manage to end up in America? That's where Barnstable is. Barnstaple is in North Devon.

Hi guys------------- Barry Q = I think we did a short de-tour !! LoL..........Have a look at this photo and imagine about 5 miles of this sort of thing, on BOTH carriageways, with absolutely no one in attendance and HGV's ploughing through at 30 mph...The dust was everywhere until the short rain showers when it turned into slurry !! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

-----------------forgot to add that my bike is the 1975 HONDA GL1000 GOLDWING, which can still cruise at 70mph and return about 45 - 50 MPG overall...Not bad for a 40-year old machine !!
