I'd just like to relay to others my experiences with outstanding customer support and service afforded to me especially from Allan at Hitchcocks recently. I've made quite a few puchases in the last year and a half, parts always packaged well and received promptly (to the USA) and I recently ordered some engine internals along with an alloy cylinder. Unfortunately the cylinder had an issue and can not be used as is. E-mails were exchanged, all answered right away, and a solution was reached. They are sending me another and I should have it within a mere 6-7 days of discovering the issue, all at no additional charges whatsoever. The speed of service is second to none, in all the years I've been ordering things via the internet, even in my own country, nothing compares to their customer service. Again, simply outstanding.
