Clive, stabbing in the dark here but from memory the Electra 3 phase alternator puts out 180 watts so I believe the UCE rotor/stator is the same so the alt output is well above what would be required with heated grips and all the lights and horn working at once. If the problem does not happen in dry weather with everything running at once then it can't be a charging issue
