Hi Paul! I admire your choice - I would have one if funds allowed! I've got great affection for outfits, they are massive fun, especially in the snow. When I was at college, I has a 250MZ with a lightweight chair. In the winter, I used to fit a spare back wheel with a full knobbly tire and it was fantastic in the snow. I also towed our car to the garage with it once.. that was a bit hairy! Which model are you getting? they all look great to me.

Be careful on the Wolverhampton ring road if you come that way - it is a nightmare! I never go near it unless I have to!

Aren't the sidecars on the wrong side or are they reversible these days? My old man worked for a company that imported the Ural and sidecar outfits but the poor old passenger was in the middle of the road.

ouch, Hell,

I hope life goes a little better now.

It will be interesting to know how it goes, if it gets the Kubota!

Sounds like an excellent and loud machine to frighten pedestrians and have a lot of fun with!

I did look at a Ural outfit complete with machine gun mounts, back in the summer.
How neat to have a de-activated machine gun too!

A passenger in the side car, with the gun in the rear mount should discourage tailgaters, but the police might have something to say!

Oh god, I can picture it now! "Pull back or I'll blow your wheels away!"

Er, anyway, the side car was on the right side for the UK, I mean the correct side, (left side), and very solid it looked too, especially as they are two wheel drive with an axel from the bike to the chair!
