HI Gwilly.
You asked me to post my results of trying to set up my micarb on my 535 since fitting a bellmouth in place of my conical filter, well since weve had a day or two of dry weather here's where I've got to, I already had a 30 pilot and 2.5 slide so swopped the p3 needle jet for a p4 and drilled out a spare mainjet to 1.5mm and removed my 125 main, to get a reasonable plug colour on the needle I have the clip on the bottom groove(richest) and 2 ba washers to lift it further out plus partially blanking the bellmouth off with tape, other settings on carb seem fine so maybe the bellmouth flows a lot more air than the conical filter so unless anybody has any other ideas I think ill put the conical back on and rejet that to suit and try the bellmouth when the weather warms up in the spring and see if it will jet properly then.
