my old trials/green lane 612.

pazon, flasher ,unit, coil reg rect and capacitor , etc , all installed under a shortened "special" duel seat from watsonion.

no battery or even side panels on this bike , ran a treat and easy to start.

Well, I have to say.. looks incredibly neat and tidy.. and I'll bet it's easy to follow.

Very nice. Well done.

Looks similar to my near side tool box, full of wires, fuses and relays, nicely tucked under the seat though..
Question though, can you run road legal lights without a battery.

yes , I think I left this one ac/dc , however the rear light/indicators and stop lamp worked perfect (even at tickover) with the later indian reg/rect and the capacitor.

Alan ... it looks really good. And the best thing: it looks like it's very accessable if this should ever occur... all the best Jacob

Hi Alan,
I am running my Bullet off the alternator (3 wire into 2 wire). Boyer Powerbox and normal coil/points. No battery, lights good with uprated alternator now.

You say you have Pazon ignition, is this crank mounted?

I am interested in CDI ignition on the Bullet (see my separate post), but your installation does look very tidy(like the rest of the bike from what I can see!) and I would be interested in a few more details.
Thanks

Jim

the pazon unit was mounted in place of the points setup , with NEW BUSHES, I regard the pazon to be better developed than the boyer (they are all ex boyer employees) the only mod from a bsa/triumph kit is the rotor securing bolt.

Hi Alan, are you running A/C to the tail/stop/horn and just D/C to the ignition or just the A/C headlight? Doesn't matter, just interested to know if the D/C side can handle it that way without getting the flutters as the normal A/C headight does at idle.
