After asking your advice on knobbly tyres i managed to find some great tyres for £40 each. These are called golden dot tyres and are very similar to tkc80's but half the price! I've tried to load a picture, dont know if it'll work!
BESS, did you want all your collection to be available in the public domain for uncontrolled retrieval etc ?? I'd ask our hosts to remove this one if I were you and try again using the single image option and size it for noticeboards---- that way it doesn't disappear off the side of the screen ( and taking all subsequent postings with it as well !!)----
------------ oops, forgot I'm on a "HOST" computer so the images I was seeing from the memory were of my sisters grandchildren and NOT from your album ---- Phew !!!! panic over----sorry about that but the sizing comments still stand--- please ?????
Sorry Alan I don't understand computers! Should I just drop our hosts an email to get it taken off? Pete,I went on tyrecomp a tyre comparison site, you just stick in the size and it takes you to the cheapest.I think the website was mytyres.com.
Hi Bess and welcome to "Knobblies r Us"... I'm liking your lack-of-tool boxes look... nice bike all round!
I have plans to rewire mine and lose the toolboxes too, eventually will be hardtailing it.
Mine has had 4" Ensign Universals on for a while, and it's all good.
BESS-------- have a try with TINYPICS and, within the "Resize" heading, select the "message board" option (640 x 480)------- this will give a large image without overdoing it.............. PLUS, it's a single image transfer rather than granting access to a complete folder ( you can't be too careful these days--especially if you have young children images on file )
