Thats shocking .
My 1995 export 500 classic ( last of the non metric bikes ) has rubber bushes that have a steel outer ring and a sleel inner tube so there was no surface movement , if the swing arm moved up it was just the rubber twisting .
Their still on there with no wear at all , totaly increadible !
Why on earth did they re-design it into throw away status .
The british version did wear slowly but mine could keep going for decades it seems .
I must add that it has the original stiff spring rear shocks .
