i must buy a hydraulic press if i am to keep repairing enfields with blown cranks ,i,m using my specialist crank builder on this efi crank although his lead time is far better than the bloke i used for my electra at christmas ,as usual mr h turned all the parts up at juans next day apart from the mystery missing gudgeon pin circlips which are winging their way to Barnsley as they failed to reach Brighouse ,anyway juan don,t forget my cherutes!!have a good en!atb paul.

Paul,
You need a big press to do the pressed cranks and setting them up is a very precise art and you need a good jig to hold the wheels because you can't true after it is pressed together as you can with the bolt together Bullet cranks

hi norm jigs would be no problem i work for an engineering company with loads of equipment cnc etc but no bloody press doh! hi leon you could be safe with the type of big end you have white metal bush so long as you have a good oil feed to the big end ,its these new big ends from the lean burn now fitted in the efi with the chocolate big end bearings that to upgrade costs alot of folding atb paul.
