Abbots Tools supplied me with suitable socket. List is over here:

Actually it should be 15/16" W which is 40.13mm AF according this: http://www.sat.dundee.ac.uk/~psc/spanner_jaw.html

Abbots has one with 3/8" SD http://www.abbotstools.co.uk/1516w---34 ... 3072-p.asp
