My back is fine, thanks Alan, that was a picture my mate Rowan sent me as he was getting my bike ready to take down from his 3rd floor flat in Spain before it was sent to me in a van... it wouldn't fit in the lift in its assembled state. I'm glad that you thought it looked familiar though! I saw this bike in various guises, and states of "undress" as he was building it in his flat, very carefully detailed in another forum called Dirty Bobbers back in 2009/2012... then he asked if I wanted to buy it for £1500 in April 2010. It was 10 years old but had been sitting in Rod Stewart's manager's garden in Spain for 10 years after he'd had it shipped from Chenai, never been started since it left the factory in 1999. Must have spent that kind of figure again on it since I acquired it though...

----------OK, got it done but, as with Photobucket, it takes an AGE to load !! That reminds me---here is the bike running earlier this year with a Mikcarb on, suitably jetted and A-ok. ... Then decided to fit one of our hosts 32mm AMAL Mk1 Concentric carb. kits. BAD MOVE--- having idling and hot-start probs.--- am currently in discussions with them so won't say any more until the problem is finalised..... only fair really.

Only one good No plate mine, BAD, The other plate on the Shooting Star is not RIP but RTP and belongs to the Pillock sat on my T100. I Took the picture, but where I can not for the life of me remember where. Obviously not Brighton, look at the road no’s, must be somewhere in the Midlands as I am sure we were going from Stroud GLOS to Mallory park, circa 1973 or 4. I would be most grateful if ANYONE OUT THERE CAN IDENTIFY WHERE IT IS……………….
