Beautifull bike Bryan had several as a young bloke back in the sixties but like most out here eventually surcumbed and bought a new Bonnie after defending the Beezas for years

Sorry. Not enough information. It's a WDCO (which is a single). The later indian models with points/coil can indeed be timed without the need to remove the cover (I have one of those too- a 500 army '65 which has been in a vacc bag for two years now). I have a spare timing cover ..... without an adjustable mag sprocket then its going to be a faff still.

Hello MADOC,----- My friend Tim has a 1938 Model C 350, side valve. Recently he re-fitted the mag/dyno pack after renewing the felt seal between the magneto body and the back of the timing casing. If you have a manual advance/retard on the handlebar then why the need to keep re-setting by pulling the mag. sprocket off ?? Maybe the control cable and attachments are worn ??
