Sorry guys--- I have to admit to now having obtained full NERDY status.. Have you seen the Specsavers advert on TV, based on a railway station platform where the young, blonde girl mistakenly kisses an older man near to her boyfriend ?? Well, after a bit of knowledgeable Googling etc. I can reveal it to be at }---- Gilleleje ----- in DENMARK..Question is---- How do you pronounce that name ???? Better still, can any of our Enfield riders in that area send some photos of themselves (and bike--of course !!) posing at the station ??-- Told you it was NERDY, didn't I ??............ AH !! The pink tablets have arrived---

That has overtones of a good old GUZZI, maybe ??.. I've had 3 down the years...like riding a Bullet but with ATTITUDE !!---------- HEMANT, when do you want this money off me ?? (before I spend it on E-bay "bargains")----

Alan - I too must be suffering fron Nerdy - ness... Have you seen the film Harold and Maude?
There is a scene where they get stoppd by a motorcycle cop, but what was he riding? It was a v-twin, but not an inline one like HD - could have been a Guzzi?

Hello PETER 53-------- have a look at this locations site }-------------- http://www.filminamerica.com/Movies/HaroldAndMaude/ --------------- SFPD used the big Moto Guzzi 850 Eldorado bikes in the late 60'-- early 70's ( you can see them in the Dirty Harry film about the 4 rogue SFPD cops who form a vigilante group....(but showed Triumph 650 on the Aircraft carrier scene at the end--- easier to handle apparently)------------------Here's an Eldorado }---------- http://www.midamericaauctions.com/wp-co ... o-redo.jpg ----------- it's a later model with the early disc in place of that big drum brake they used to have.....
