Glad you're staying Jon64. Me and you eh? The only gays in the village! Only joking - everyone on here is solid gold. Apart from Alan R, dont mess with him. And Les - he knows too much. And Bullet Train - he's too fast. And Apparently Lucky Eddie - well he's just tooo lucky - Apparently. And MadMike - your bike will NEVER last as long as his no matter what the fu@k you do to it. And Rocker59 - He's a leather guy with studs, too much of a gay icon. And Grumpy who's so not nice. And Bullet Whisperer - just can't bloody hear him! Apart from them everyone's fine. (sorry if I pissed anyone - I'm a bit missed).

Hello JON64 ---------- I'd put this in another thread by mistake the other day. I'm hoping it still has the good meaning as when first typed ? (("-----and jon64, here on this forum--we all ride motorcycles---so we ALL lean, BOTH WAYS !!! So it don't matter--do it, matey ???" )) ..... Ride Safe.........

100,000 miles from a vehicle shouldn't be an unreasonable expectation. The question is, how many parts have been replaced in achieving that mileage?........I also have a BMW 1100GS, of which there are examples running around with over a quarter of a million miles racked-up.....By then they've usually had a couple of clutch replacements, a gearbox rebuild, several final drive bearings etc.........I suspect that rather more of the working parts of an Enfield may need renewing before 100,000 miles are achieved.....Trigger's brush comes to mind!
