Could somebody give me year of manufacture of my 350cc Royal enfield the frame number is 18692 iam wanting to find if its MOT exempt it was registered 1961

What does it say as "Year of manufacture or first registration" on the Registration Document or V5C? 'Cos that's what the VOSA will go on.
