Hi everyone,
I am not getting a spark at the plug on my 2001 500 Bullet.
Yesterday I removed the coil so I may have connected the wrong wires.
I have put the black/red wire to the negative terminal on the coil.
Is that correct?

Have you bumped the kill switch? Easy done and I would say every owner has done it at some time

Thanks Norm. It was the kill switch but mnot the standard one. Previous owner had fitted older bars/levers etc and fitted a sort of home made kill switch. The wiring was iffy.....
