Hi,can anyone tell me if you can adjust the timing on the above bike,ie, the final adj advance / retard, with the bike running,as there is no where written on how to adjust to get it just right.

I think you're making it too hard for yourself! Get it right statically and it won't need further adjustment, that's why there is no advice on how to re-time while running. If you must, you could try moving the points plate in it's slots but how you'll tell if it's better or not I don't know!
