Hi guys--- "ATTENTION W.YORKSHIRE" Does anyone there know of a village called FETTLE ?? NOT the well-known SETTLE, (on the Settle-Carlisle Railway)--- But FETTLE ??? Apparently it's in the West Riding area and is in the HARROGATE postcode. Any ideas? Please call me on 01952-371939 ASAP

Never heard of a fettle all the years I lived in s yorks.
Not showing in the sat nav either?

I know the area pretty well but don't know "Fettle."
Two things:

1. Settle Carlisle line is not in the West Riding and
2. Harrogate is nowhere near Settle Carlisle line.

Don't forget to post the answer - it's intriguing!
