So, here she is. ------- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v292/ ... 300001.jpg --------- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v292/ ... 300005.jpg ---------- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v292/ ... 300003.jpg ----------- About £450 total including some new parts, tyres and a full set of spare cables, plug, bulbs, points and condensor to carry in the tool boxes. Do you think I'm quids in? Would she sell for more on eBay do you reckon? 1993, 14,000miles 350cc three owners. She runs great and has that ratty look I've long wanted. Perfect for gently ridding the network of un-sealed tracks that we have around here. I'm sure there are many more mods I will do in the future and I'll always be tinkering with her. The only issue left is the very stiff clutch and the notchy gearbox caused by the clutch dragging because it's so heavy I guess. What do you lot think? (P.S I know this is a silly bike, I have others, this is a fun project.) Thanks for all the help. Again, I've learned so much.

Excellent! As the owner of a proper "Works Replica" (no criticism intended by the way!) I really like what you've done. The clutch/gearbox problem is almost certainly fixable, I'd suggest for starters checking to see if the gearbox outer case is flexing when the clutch is pulled in, it's a common problem and can be cheaply fixed. I think one of the REOC Humberside lads has done a little photo strip on how to fix it? Over to you, lads!

Thanks. Hi Mark. I've looked to see if the outer cover is flexing and it's not. I can't see how it could flex. It's a pretty solid piece of metal! Where can I find that photo strip to confirm that I'm checking the right thing? MOT tomorrow.
