No.
It is designed for phosphor bronze bushes rather than the silentblock bushes of later Bullets, so the hole in the Indian frame for the swinging arm spindle is too small.
If you drilled the frame for it to fit you would then find that the rear wheel would not fit as the Q/D axle for the later Bullets is a lot thicker than the old ones on the drive side.
If you did modify the swinging arm then you may find that the mounting points for the chain guard are different.
Oh and I forgot that the shockabsorber mounts are 6mm narrower on the old swinging arms.

Also there is nothing special about the swinging arm in the advert.
