Wish to change my original flasher unit for an electronic one any ideas which one to use please.Will be leaving the original 10watt bulbs and in the future will be fitting some type of trailer which could have 10/21watt which ever works.
Flasher unit is the two pin type. Bike is RE/Hatz diesel.If three pin is suggested please advise on how to wire.

When you fit and wire the socket on the bike for your trailer to plug into if done properly it should cut out the rear bike indicators stop & tail diverting the power straight to the trailers stop Tail and indicators when in use. So all you will need to change is the trailer indicator bulbs for 10w instead.
(Not done it on me bike but done plenty on cars and trucks.)

many thanks for the reply but do you have any ideas or options as to which make of electronic flasher would work I appreciate if wired up as you say the original one would still work?
