I rarely buy magazines these days...to expensive, plus to much focus on sportbikes..i.e this years R1 is .77 grams lighter than last years model, and is 2.7 mph faster etc..all irrelevant on todays traffic clogged, speed camera infested roads...the whole purpose of the magazines of course is to convince us to buy new bikes and get ourselves into debt.... not a good idea in the current economic climate! the only decent magazine currently is 'Real Classic' (mail order only) written by enthusiasts Frank Westworth and his better half Rowena Hoeseason, along with probably the best motorcycling journalist of them all Mr Dave Minton who has forgotten more than most of the others will ever know..another good read was 'Motorcycle Voyager' magazine which folded in 2005, good touring coverage on a wide range of bikes, sadly missed
