Might be thee coil. Worth getting another one, if it is that you have saved garage labour costs, if it isn't you will have a spare. I would trust a new plug less than an old well proven one. Worth changing again. Can you put the old TCI back on to eliminate that possibility? There was thread a few weeks back where the no spark was caused by the pulse coil being too far from the rotor. Have you taken the primary case off recently and knocked it out of align when it was replaced?

Never trust a plug.
I once had a sparkless plug (NGK) I had used two days. I changed another as the bike refused to start and there was nothing else I could do in middle of nowhere and the engine started immediately.
