Thanks everyone for the information and advice concerning where my 1965 bullet was made I will be contacting the royal enfield owners club with a view to joining ,any further advice or comments will be welcome its nice to know there are so many helpfull people out there.

It's always good to see a new face! Let us know how you get on (it helps to improve the knowledge base as well as keep us all amused/sympathetic to the trials and tribulations of Enfield ownership,) and if (when) you need more help, please let us all know. These very late English/Indian Bullets are quite unusual although a few have turned up recently, so please let us know how it goes. This is an International community here with a lot of knowledge and our Hosts are the best parts suppliers you could hope for as others will testify, I'm sure.
