Hi,
My Conti GT is running lean after new exhaust and K&N filter fitted, can anyone suggest away of fixing this without having to purchase power commander? is there a map you can download for factory ECU?

Just as when you put a less restrictive air filter and/or a freer-flowing exhaust on a bike with carb the carb will need to be re-jetted to compensate for the weaker mixture, so it is when you do the same to an EFI bike. Unfortunately AFAIK the ECU on RE EFI bikes cannot be remapped by "flashing". You therefore either need to stump up the cash for a Power Commander or similar, fit a carb conversion (I did this on my C5, but there's a much smaller cost difference for the CGT, or refit the original).
