Hi i know this is not exactly Enfield related subject but I've just bought a 250 matchless which has been built from parts ie frame and engine no don't match i have a dating letter from the owner's club obtained by the previous owner.Now how do I go about getting an age related plate ? I would be grateful for any advice cheers Chris

Ring the DVLA and they will send you the required forms and all the info you need to do it, if perchance you get a dimwit on the phone just ring again another day? Some know some don't in my experience.

Dennis, I replied to one of the other multiple threads saying just that except I suggested he orders the forms online which is easier. You can download most of the forms you might need for vehicles but not this one as it's a "carbon copy" type. Get the one for old vehicle registration (it's not obvious) because it includes a helpful guidance leaflet.
