Hi I am restoring an RE 125 and would like to know what sort of wire to use in the new loom, I call it a loom there is not to much to it but would like to get the right size and appearance to the original.
I'm not sure if they have braided Cotten or PVC.
Any help appreciated.

Try Auto Electric Supplies for braided cable, cheaper than I thought and available in wide range of colours. You need to consider what outer sheath you'll use once the loom is made up. I think there is a company that does this, I'm sure someone mentioned it recently, I'll try and remember!
