Some may re member that I have posted on this site several times over the last few years mostly to say how many problems that I have encountered with my Royal Enfield 350 bullet ,but then went on to buy a Jap electric start bike ,but how much do I miss my enfield and all the interesting episodes that went with it , yes my current bike starts with a push of the button but the sound and the complexity of the the bullet ,I really miss it.This is all about man and machine and who wins , I will be back with an enfield in the near future.

hi taper ,the enfield thing cannot be beaten if you like an adventure although its nice to have 1 bike in the garage that you can jump on knowing that you will get there and back, although the diesel enfield is usually bullet proof !the Harley is brand new the Dnepr just like the petrol enfield is an adventure the other night it packed up 5 miles from home no spark after the rac messed about i got home 3 hours later only tofind a duff conection from the electronic ignition if only i could have found it in the dark!atb paul and welcome back
