Hello, I am rebuilding the front forks on my fury and I don't have a clue on how long the springs should be. The forks Tubes are the type with the top side threaded on the inside. If any one knows the spring free lengeth, would be of great help. Is it a good idea to use the new softer spring ?. Regards. Jessie.

You have a Fury ! I would realy realy like to see photos of the headstock and fork covers and headlight . I want to build a replica and things like folding foot rests and speedo bracket have got me stumped as to what they look like with full frame photos .
Was there ever a parts book ?

I have a Works Replica (the off road 350 Bullet) and used the soft springs from our Hosts.They work well and fit nicely. They are in the Accessory Catalogue where there is also a fitment guide.

finding a picture of a genuine Redditch Fury is a lot harder now since Google wants to show lots of references to the Watsonian-Squire version based on an EFI model...

Anyhow, I found this:

I love the idea of a Fury replica in a late 50's Redditch frame. If our hosts cannot supply the correct front end from their stock of US re-imported parts, you can use a set of RE India fork yokes from the Lightning 535 variant of the Bullet on the Redditch frame (have done this with my AVL/Connie hybrid). While it is obviously not the same it does look good. 2003 (I think, best to check!) onwards RE India frames can use the Thunderbird fork yoke kit which our hosts sell.

Phil, if you had come on the Winter Rally to Broken Hill last year the rally organizer Gus has one exactly the same as in the pic and he led the rides around Broken Hill and out to the Mad Max museum
