The new big end and main bearings have now done 4k and the vibrations have been growing again, it is not clear what is going on although I suspect the crank wasn't well set up.

Now that I've just replaced the steering head bearings and fork springs a squeeky engine spells more doom. I'm beginning to give up on this bike as my time and money is not endless.

The squeek seems to come more from the right side and matches the revs. It sounds like a metal on metal squeek.

Ideas on what to do next would be helpful.

Are all the engine mounting bolts, including the head steady, tightened fully? Loose mountings could be the cause of vibration. Is the squeak a steady s-q-u-e-a-k, or does it go squeak-squeak-squeak with engine revs, if you see what I mean?
