That's an easy one to solve. A cheap 4 cylinder jap will do the job and save all that messing around with your bullet.

Pony if that is your real need for a bike then I can sell you a very nice 2001 Honda CB500, with Brembo brakes and wheels, many new parts including tyres battery, chain, sprockets etc. It will do all you have specified and very much more. It is my daughters and trust me I would not let her anywhere near a bikewhich was anything but reliable and safe. Photos etc available if you are interested.
