Hi guys, just to let you know. I played about with the carb setting and it's now ok. The pinhole means that the mixture screw has to be almost right in, about half a turn out. The bike starts easily, ticks over and runs well so I'll leave it like this for a while. It it starts to cause trouble I'll block off the hole, which allows for the correct one and a half to two turns out. I've already tried this and it's fine. Thanks for all the advice and help. Chris
