Right, I'm just trying this via TINYPIC to see if it works. If you click on it, I THINK it'll just go back to Tinypic, not any other photos. I am now retiring exhausted...

Thanks for the replies and photos, they did help. I have decided to go for the rear carrier that sticks out after all! I've held the top box in both positions and I think it probably would look best there after all. Also I will have more options when it comes to choosing my pillion seat at a later date. And it should still fit in the shed. Just. Hopefully. Thanks again.

Good luck, hope it fits, and apologies for hijacking.... though I couldn't resist trying one more of the colours...

Measure 1st to reassure yourself it'll fit in the shed? Or include a letter box in the shed door for the extra bit of carrier??

I know its not on-topic but a point that has cropped up about accessing images in my flickr account - the whole point about flickr (like Facebook et al) is that these are SHARING sites. If I didn't want people to access my photos then I'd splash silly copyright watermarks across the middle of them but I am delighted if you think my images are worth downloading for your own use - just do me the courtesy of acknowledging Authorship!!
