Had the wheel (and brake plate) off today and did some meassuring. The axel is 100% centered in the brake drum. Axel hole in brake plate has no slip for axel/plate to float around, so brake plate is 100% centered on the axel. Levers and rod are set up with the same distance between brake cams/trunnions so the paralellelogram has two sides of 40 mm and two sides of 145 mm. The rod is adjusted to have no slip up/down when it's activated, and by luck (?) the distance between center of trunnioins is the same as the distance between center of brake cams (145 mm). Neddy, this also caused the cams to move at the same time... So I went riding and only had to tighten the cable to get a better grib. I can't do stoppies (yet?), but the bike stops. I can't really say if braking is better now or before, but it works much smoother after cleaning up everything and re-greasing the cams... Jacob
