I remembered taking pictures of the previous valve I replaced and I just found them. On looking back, those pics were taken in August 2013, so that's how long the head has been on there in its current setup. So probably 25k miles or so. That happened shortly after a mild piston crown collapse and broken oil control ring.

The seat was recut before fitting the new valve.
