Evening Gents,
Just an update, I got a friend at work who's a bit of a ninja with bikes, and it turns out I was been too
gental, he placed them in a vice and 2 wackos with a hammer and they popped out. I will attach the photos
or a link if anyone is interested, one of the falls requires a bit of attention, which I will de-gunge.
