Thanks for the advice and link Peter F I might look into this , I've found that after removing the neutral finder the gear selection seems to have improved?? But this link is very helpful, as is the other stuff there.

Yes I designed the one our host sells altgough I made mine in a four jaw chuck on a lathe so it looks a little different. I sent them the details and told then to go for it and they did.
