Going out of the box - if I over-fill the EFI it blows oil out of the breather, if I manage to fill it between the high and low marks (easier said than done), if does not eject oil. The high mark is an absolute limit to fill to, it is not the fill level, that is supposed to be mid-way between high and low, and it is better to be nearer the low mark. Is your motor over-filled?
I only recently discovered my car's oil is supposed to be checked whilst hot, switch off and wait 3 minutes then check level, apparently some new cars are supposed to be checked whilst running, weird - they all used to be checked stone cold. The EFI's instructions do say switch off and wait 3 minutes, i.e. not whilst cold. All of these Bullet engines do hold a fair amount of oil and I have noticed the EFI for sure starts to circulate oil properly at just over half-filled. It is far better for oil to be under-filled than over-filled.
