Bryan, it was our very own Thumpersloperpete who found this. Admittedly the chair on his BSA Sloper is no lightweight but neither is the Canterbury! And yes, as I wrote earlier, the SM is available as a suitable 16". Sorry I missed you at Founders by the way, I caught up with MM, Steve B and A65 Bill who said they'd seen you.

well,i've located a tyre,but they can't supply an inner tube,and don't know anyone who can.so i'm stuck at the moment.anyone know where i can locate a 325x16 inner tube with a 'side valve' please?

Hi Pomps, I could not find an angled tube so an ordinary straight was fitted with the valve pulled round to the side. What make it is I can no longer remember, been there since 2005 so must be OK
A spare tube has been lying about in the Box for so long the package has disintegrated!
