Well, JUST FOR YOU, I forsook the warmth of the house, plunged headlong into the downpour to reach the garage and look what the This Might Still Be Useful One Day box has yielded:

The vintage 8S on the left was something I found with my late father in an autojumble in Eastbourne over forty years ago, I think we bought several along with a mica bodied plug. The 7 COM on the right was a new plug then, we had it for a Petter M type two-stroke. The longer body/insulator was, I think, intended for running with TVO. Both could use stripping and cleaning, but they were fine when last used.



I guess you'd like them both, complete with terminal screws and the HT lead end?

Yes please! The 7 COM will certainly run her well, not come across an 8S, but looks the ticket.



I found the diagram for old plugs for cleaning!

Thanks Les, They are more modern and were an option until Adrian came up trumps with a 7 COM.
