Hi Guys, thanks for the info, done the Airbox mod, and Pumped up the Tyres, not had the time to try yet due to the weather, Will try to sort out the other bits at the Classic Show at Stafford next week.
Will be really interested to know how you get on with the Re-mapping Greaser.

This is the email below in reply to my enquiry from Rod Gaskel at MotoGB

Hello G

From the development work that I’ve done on alternate gearing options – changing the front sprocket from 18T down to 17T is the equivalent of going up 2.5 T on the rear sprocket (as the bike runs 18T front & 36T rear as standard)

Using a 17T front sprocket does improve acceleration & response – but not by nearly enough for my liking!

I’ve gone up a total of 4T on the rear to a 40T rear sprocket when using the original 18T front sprocket which enables my bike to pull top gear from 30 Mph to a max speed of 90 Mph & overtakes can be done in the same gear without the need to pedal down the box and plan the over-take as if you’re on a 125!

As mentioned to you previously – I had my development sprockets custom made

Regards

Rod Geskell
